Message	If you have someone do that level of work and expect you to pay BEFORE you drive it, both you and they have shit for brains. We're not talking about an oil change here dude, were talking about a multi thousand dollar conversion. Whoever does the work KNOWS that they can't pull those kinds of blinds over the customer's head. : The mechanic is somewhat at an advantage because he has your car, and in order to get it back, you have to pay him. As long as the mechanic has worked on the car, he can demand payment...without even letting you have a test drive. Anyone feel free to jump in and correct me if I'm wrong.
